Futuristic means in my opinion to use your finger to sensor to move that and that bed not a smart home of the future bed at all tvs on the ceiling is not futuristic either video was not what I thought

KB Home is the first company to do a smart home of the future? What about Lennar? What about Google? Smart home technology is no where near where it needs to be for this to even be a realistic option. Give it about 4-5 more years until you really consider this. Early adopters will be EXTREMELY disappointed.
